MarketingCrew provides reporting and human-approved advertising management for business workspaces. The service provider is:

You must have permission to connect and use the advertising accounts, analytics sites and properties you select. Protect your credentials and invite only authorized workspace members.

Workspace roles and AI connection permissions determine which actions a user or assistant can perform. You remain responsible for the sources you connect and the permissions you grant. Your AI assistant subscription is separate from MarketingCrew.

Free includes one user, one source and 60 days of reports. Starter and Team provide the limits shown on the pricing page. A selected advertising account, analytics property, Matomo site or Search Console property counts as one source. Paused sources still count.

Trials are optional, last 14 days and do not automatically become paid subscriptions. Features and reporting coverage also depend on the connected provider and the permissions available to your workspace.

Offer subscriptions cost €19 for Starter (regular price €29) or €39 for Team (regular price €49) per workspace per month, excluding VAT. Both save €10 per month. There is no limit on the number of subscribing workspaces and no scheduled offer expiry or automatic increase to the regular price.

Tax and the amount payable appear at checkout. Manage your subscription through Plan & billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Advertising changes require a preview and human approval. Review the account, budget, affected campaigns and expected effect before approving. Connecting an AI assistant or allowing a tool call does not by itself approve a change.

Provider reports may be incomplete or delayed. Suggestions are observations from the available data and do not guarantee commercial results. A later reversal cannot undo advertising spend, impressions or conversions that have already occurred.

You can disconnect providers, revoke assistant access and delete your workspace. Disconnecting stops future synchronization and removes local credentials, while existing reports follow the retention rules in our privacy policy.

Archived report data and history beyond a reduced plan are retained for 30 days. Approval and audit records remain separate from report cleanup. Deleting a workspace queues cancellation of its Stripe subscriptions; billing cancellation records remain until cancellation is confirmed.
